Our Designs

Each of our designs come in a few colour and style options that will change now and then based on our supplier's seasonal offerings and product revamps.  This is our pre-launch and we have lots more goodies coming in January 2024. Sign up at the bottom of the page to receive updates.

Our Garments

When choosing items to offer we prioritise comfort in terms of material give and texture as this is something that impacts our own sensory experience and ease of movement in an active lifestyle. We mention in each product listing how it fits along with the height and build of each model and what size garment they are wearing to give you an idea of how it may fit you. There is also a sizing guide on each product page.

Market Place

Any items that are returned due to the size not being quite right will be in brand new condition, only having experienced a couple of shipping journeys and we'd like to make sure they are loved and worn by someone else. As items are made to order and cannot be returned to our printer, we will list these on our market place page with a small discount for someone else to enjoy.

Turnaround & Stock

All orders have an average 7 day turn around. Items are made to order and we try to make sure all available options are up to date, but sometimes we don't find out until a few days after an order is placed that an item isn't available. We will always get in touch in the rare case this happens and let you choose how to manage your order.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees will be calculated at check out. Typically, UK is Royal Mail with 48 or 24 hour tracking upon completion of order. Europe and rest of the world will be Royal Mail or selected courier.

Returns

We hope you love your items, but if you aren't completely happy, let us know within 28 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or a return. Please do this via the form on the contact page including your order number. 

The quickest way to receive a different size would be to order immediately to ensure stock and then we will refund your original item upon receipt of return.

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and won't be reimbursed.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received by you for a full refund. We cannot refund for goods that have been worn, are stained or smelling of perfume from trying on, or that have been laundered. Please keep this in mind when trying on your new garments.

Should your items arrived damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible via the contact form so we can work towards a solution.

Any returns sent to us after the 28 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment

We accept debit and credit card payments via shopify and do not store any card numbers or share customer details with third parties.
